An Order Confirmation email will be sent to our customers once an order has been placed. We strongly advise that our customers examine the contents of the Order Confirmation email to confirm that the order is accurate.

As per our Terms and Conditions of Service, it is the duty of the customer to ensure all shipping details including but not limited to the address and postal code are accurate and complete. We waive all responsibility and liability from a failure to input the correct shipping details by the customer, and can not be held responsible in the event we ship a parcel with any inaccurate or incomplete shipping details.

If the customer examines the Order Confirmation email and discovers one or several mistakes with their order, the customer is strongly advised to contact our store, by in-site messaging or email, as quickly as possible. We will attempt on a best efforts basis to correctly amend the order details.

An order will ship within 3 business days after it has been processed and payment has been received. Our staff is committed to shipping all orders as quickly as possible on a best efforts basis, so we aim to minimize the processing and shipping time as much as we can. If there are any delays in order shipments, we will always try to notify our customers as soon as possible.

A Shipping Confirmation email will be sent to our customers once the shipping label has been prepared. The Shipping Confirmation email contains the tracking number of an order. Tracking numbers usually become active within 1 business day.
